Program Summary:

The Corporate Internship Program at Great Wolf is a 10-week program lasting from June 3 - August 7, 2025. The program provides college students with paid, meaningful work experience that compliments their current coursework. Through an experiential and structured approach to learning, interns will gain hands-on experience with real-life work that is tied to the success of the team and Great Wolf's purpose of Bringing Joy to Families. In addition to meaningful assignments and working in a supportive business environment, students will be invited to participate in professional development opportunities, social activities to get to know fellow Pack Members and build relationships across other departments, and more. Students can expect regular mentorship and feedback to help develop the skills and experience that will position them to grow in their career area of choice. 


Internship Summary:

The Integrated Marketing Internship will be based out of Great Wolf Lodge’s headquarters, based in Chicago, IL, and will support the Brand Marketing team. In this role, you will help manage workflow, optimization, and hands-on implementation of Great Wolf’s communication team procedures to help support the delivery of various marketing projects. The team is looking for a student who is detailed and flexible, can work across different teams, and has strong project management ability.

This is a unique opportunity to learn and work in a dynamic work environment with a team that delivers world-class brand work across all media channels. In this role you will gain real-world experience, the ability to work and learn from experienced marketing professionals, and will work on multiple cross-functional team projects.  


Experiences You Will Gain: 

  • Learn from and work with a dynamic team of marketing professionals who deliver world-class brand work across a variety of media channels
  • Use your attention to detail and project management skills to assist with the management and delivery of a variety of marketing projects across Great Wolf’s brand
  • Support project intake, implementation, communication, and delivery
  • Build your client-facing and project-management skills, working with a variety of teams across the organization


Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, focusing on marketing, brand, project/program management, or similar. (rising Junior or Senior preferred)
  • Unrestricted work authorization in the United States (sponsorship not provided)
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment out of the downtown Chicago corporate office
  • All employment offers are contingent upon a successful background check


Desired Qualifications & Traits

  • GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 preferred
  • Ability to take initiative, ask questions, and demonstrate curiosity
  • Willingness to learn and grow from feedback
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, preferred
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs or similar, web-based query languages

Estimated Salary Range

$21/hr (undergraduate) - $23/hr (graduate)

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Great Wolf’s total compensation package. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and other perks.
